This update brings several highly requested features: percentage-based resources, image columns, and automatic subassembly production. We’ve also added archiving and improved storage location logic.
Percentage-Based Resources

Resources now support three calculation types: fixed rate, percentage, and depreciation. You can set a percentage based on either sale price or cost price — perfect for factoring in commissions, overhead costs, or markup into your cost calculations.

Image Columns

Material, product, and resource tables now support an “Image” column. Add it through column customization to display a thumbnail of the first image for each item. You can reorder images by drag and drop.
Automatic Subassembly Production

If you manufacture products that include subassemblies, you can now enable the “Produce subassemblies” toggle when creating a production order. Subassemblies will be produced alongside the final products rather than consumed from stock. The system will expand the bill of materials down to raw materials and resources, consuming only those.
Automatic Item Hiding from Storage Locations

Items added to a storage location through transactions (purchases, transfers, production, etc.) that weren’t originally stored there will now automatically hide once both their actual and planned stock reach zero.
We’ve also removed the ability to manually hide arbitrary items from storage locations — use archiving instead.
Learn more about the updated storage location logic in our help center.
Archiving Materials, Products, and Resources

You can now archive any material, product, or resource and restore it at any time. Archived items won’t appear in lists and can’t be selected when creating transactions.
Archived materials and products count toward your plan limits.
