In July, we focused on improving how you work with purchases and sales. You can now handle partial shipments, easily sort lines in operations, and enable line numbering.
Partial Purchase Receipts

Partial receipt functionality helps you handle situations where suppliers deliver materials and products in multiple shipments over time rather than all at once.
Purchases can now have a “Partially Received” status. Receive what arrives first, then handle the remaining items when they come in later. The system tracks what’s been received and what’s still pending.
Partial Sale Shipments

Similar to purchases, sales can now have a “Partially Shipped” status. This comes in handy when you need to ship orders in multiple deliveries over time.
Ship what’s ready now and send the rest as it becomes available. The system tracks the fulfillment status of each line item.
Sorting Materials and Products

When editing product composition, purchases, production, sales, or other operations, you can now drag and drop all lines to reorder them. Simply grab a line and move it where you want it.
The system remembers your custom order. This is especially handy for organizing materials by priority, alphabetically, or however makes sense for your workflow.
Line Numbering in Operations

We’ve added a “Show line numbers in transactions” option to settings. Turn it on, and all lines in transactions will be numbered starting from 1.
Line numbers make it easier to navigate large operations and are super helpful when discussing operations with teammates — just say “line 5” instead of describing the specific item.
