Orders import automatically
New Shopify orders appear in Controlata in near real time, and later edits or cancellations follow them.
Products are matched by SKU, with alternative SKUs for items your store lists under a different code. If nothing matches, the order details land in the notes rather than creating a wrong product.
Stock levels flow back
Inventory updates run once a minute from Controlata to Shopify, so the storefront stops selling items that have already been shipped or consumed in production.
You map each Shopify location to a storage location once during setup, and any location left unmapped stays out of the sync.
One stock for every channel
Shopify sales, wholesale orders and production draw on the same materials and finished goods, so nothing is counted twice.
Raw materials are written off as you manufacture, which keeps both your components and your finished stock honest.
